Sales is the science of understanding human behavior.  Our brains are broken and our behavior does not match our words.

Sales requires understanding how people make buying decisions emotional first then rationally from stories.

Understanding non-verbal linguistics and communication revealing how to use questions, tone and pacing to communicate trust.

Frameworks for navigating the stages of sales to come to win-win outcomes.

Science

Too often, sales is described as purely an art, as if it were based only on instinct or personality. But every master artist first learns the fundamentals — skills and techniques that provide the foundation for creativity. The same is true in sales. Yes, there is an art to high-level selling, but it emerges only when you can draw on a deep toolkit of skills, frameworks, and experiences to create a unique customer masterpiece.

That’s why my approach emphasizes the science of selling. I focus on the hidden patterns of thought and the mental shortcuts our brains rely on — many of which limit our ability to communicate value effectively. Over the years, I’ve seen how bias, emotion, and assumptions often derail even the best sales conversations.

My mission is to help sellers uncover these blind spots, master the fundamentals, and build the confidence to apply them with creativity. Join me on this journey to explore not just the art, but the science, of selling — and to elevate the way you connect, influence, and drive meaningful outcomes.
